My first job at 18 years old was for a shipping company and 
I worked for over a decade within the shipping industry. I have been extremely lucky as I have met some fantastic colleagues and made some best friends along the way! I gained a wealth of experience especially on how to build relationships but sadly realised that my true passion lies in helping others. And sadly my career at the time did not provide the sense of purpose that I was yearning for.

It was actually my message therapist who actually first introduced me to Reiki.  I wasn't in a good place at the time and she thought it would help to make me feel better.  What I didn't know at the time, that this was the start of a my journey into becoming a holistic therapist!

I found a local therapist and booked in for a session and absolutely loved it! I couldn't believe how after one session helped me to feel more positive and calm. After a few sessions I knew that this is what I wanted to train in and help as many people as I could with their wellness. It was as if a light bulb went off in my mind and I realised this was my calling in life that I had finally found at 37 years old!

 

I then went on to study and learn how to perform Reiki, and passed my VTCT NVQ Level 3 in Body Massage and various other massage courses. I absolutely loved every course I have been on and the other students I have met and I know that my journey will continue of self-development! 

 

In 2019, I nervously left the shipping industry and decided to start my own wellness business and haven't looked back!

At the heart of my business is the belief that every individual deserves  to feel balanced and empowered. It brings me immense joy guiding individuals on their journey towards well-being. I feel incredibly lucky to be able to pursue such a rewarding career!
