All bookings are subject to Sarva Massage & Wellness Ltd full terms and conditions, which are available on request.

Please ensure that you have read the Terms & Conditions as stated below prior to booking a service with Sarva Massage & Wellness Ltd.

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS
We require a 25% deposit in order to secure a booking whether made online, by email or by phone and the deposit will be used as part payment towards the cost of your treatment.

Once the deposit has been paid, a booking confirmation to confirm your treatment will be sent to your email address, Please ensure that you have received your confirmation email prior to arrival.
If you would like to amend or cancel your booking, please be advised that we require 24 hours notice. Bookings can be changed or cancelled via the booking confirmation email / by contacting Sarah by phone on 07401676195 or by email at sarvamassage@gmail.com.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless a minimum of 24 hours notice is given to cancel or amend your booking.

If 24 hours notice is given, the deposit will either be refunded if the booking is cancelled or transferred to the new booking if amended.
Booking deposits can take up until 10 working days to be refunded and will be retuned to the original payment method when the booking was made.
In the event we need to re-schedule or cancel your booking due to events outside our control, we will do our best to find the next available appointment and either refund your deposit or hold it for the next booking.
All returning clients who do not attend an appointment without giving any notice will be asked to pay in full for their next treatment.

PUNCTUALITY
​
If you are going to be late for a treatment, please contact Sarah asap on 07401676195. If you are more than 15 mins late, we may not be able to accommodate you but will do
our best to try and carry out the treatment.
​
Late arrival to appointments may result in reduced treatment time and will be charged at the full treatment price.
As Sarva Massage & Wellness Ltd is a home based salon, there will not be an area to wait if arriving early.

MEDICAL DETAILS
​
Before a treatment, you will be required to fill in a consultation form to advise of any medical conditions.
This will be sent via email and is to be completed before the treatment.
If you do not have an email address, a paper consultation form will given when arriving for your appointment.
​
You will be required to keep Sarva Massage & Wellness Ltd up to date with any changes to your health or any new medical conditions that might effect the treatment.
​
GIFT VOUCHERS
​
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any offers, including packages and products. Please remember to bring the gift voucher to the appointment as they will need to be presented at check-out.
